Bryan Patton, Founder & CEO
Bryan Patton is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur based in Sacramento, CA. He is the owner and CEO of Haven Equities LLC, and NorCal Roofing, a roofing company serving the Northern California and Bay areas. His journey in real estate began in 2011, and since then, he has built a successful portfolio of investment properties that he actively manages.
Bryan earned his Business Administration degree from Chapman University in 2010 and obtained his California real estate broker’s license in 2013. Before fully transitioning into real estate, he worked in medical sales while simultaneously growing his investment portfolio.
In April 2022, Bryan acquired NorCal Roofing, further expanding his presence in the construction and real estate industries. Passionate about both fields, he is committed to staying in the industry for the long term. His dedication to real estate and business ventures has led to substantial success, aided by strong networking and strategic partnerships.
At Haven Equities LLC, he focuses on providing investors with the benefits of direct multifamily ownership through truly passive investments, ensuring expert property management and long-term growth. With a strong background in business and a deep understanding of real estate management, Bryan is dedicated to growing alongside his investors and continuously improving his real estate ventures.
In 2016, he moved to Sacramento, where he later met his future wife. Bryan and his wife, Lacy, recently welcomed their first child, Blaire, and plan to grow their family in the coming years.
Steven Dekok, VP Investor Relations
Steven Dekok, MSW, serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations at Haven Equities LLC, where he leverages over two decades of experience in real estate and business consulting to transform multifamily real estate opportunities into powerful wealth-building tools for investors.
In 2000, Steven founded Global Consulting Ventures, engaging in high-level conversations with business owners to elevate their enterprises, including brokerages, realtors, physicians, medical clinics, and drug treatment clinics. His professional journey includes management roles at esteemed firms such as Berkshire Hathaway, Keller Williams, and BBR North (now LPT) where, notably, he was a coach and mentor to California’s top real estate team.
In May 2023, Steven established The Abode Group, initially as a real estate team at Keller Williams, which evolved into an independent boutique brokerage. His extensive experience encompasses property management, investment strategies, and professional coaching, underscoring his commitment to excellence in the real estate sector.
At Haven Equities, Steven’s focus is on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional opportunities for investors and clients, aligning with the company’s mission to provide a path for investors to pool resources and capitalize on multifamily real estate opportunities, offering sustainable returns and long-term growth.
Steven loves spending time with his wife and children, enjoying the great outdoors and traveling across Europe. His hobbies include the gym, cigars and sampling fine spirits from around the globe.
